- SC Bananarama Graham*PL, JW at the show in Bia³ystok obtained her tenth Best In Variety title within two years, therefore she won honorary FIFe title Distinguished Variety Merit !!! This is the first DVM title for British cat in Poland.

Just before Christmas we went to the show held in Blue City shopping mall in Warsaw. BRI f Unity Of Czankra*PL, JW completed her Championship i and she received first CACIB certificate. On the second day of the show, she qualified to Best In Show, what was quite an achievement, considering her age - she was competing with already fully developed cats. We showed also our veteran female BRI n EC Zuela Happy Star*PL (she is more than eight years old). She was the only cat III veteran at the show.

Vienna show was the occassion to visit Austria during a very special period - Advent, when illuminated and richly decorated cities and town are getting prepared to Christmas. In the evenings, lots of people crowd out into the streets and squares, to meet their friends with a cup of hot wine and a hunk of lard bread.
Our Unity debuted in the open class and she received first two CAC certificates. Ganiemedes qualified to the Best In Show two times, thus winning Mister Austria 2006 classification in the class of foreign neuters cat. III. Official celebration will take place in the beginning of February in Gmunden (Austria).
Poland was represented by a powerful group of the exibitors. The greatest merit goes to Albert Kurkowski, whose siamese female Deus Demon won Best Of Best II twice. Moreover, we also have our representative among stewards - Pawe³ Zieliński (depicted below presenting our neuter)
Graz-Lannach 04/05 Listopad 2006
Just after the World Show, we went to Austria - to the show held in Lannach by Graz (Austria). Our blue-cream tortie BRI g Great Expectations of Alamanon*UA, JW obtained two last CACE certificates and received European Champion title. Moreover, first day of the show she qualified to the Best In Show competition. Ganimedes received BIS nomination on the second day - valuable points for Mister Austria 2006 classification.
¦wiatowa Wystawa Kotów Maastricht 28/29 Pa¼dziernik 2006
This year, World Cat Show was held by a Dutch club "Mundicat" in Maastricht, Netherlands. The venue took place in MECC congress center at the outskirts of the city. First, there was exhibitor countries' flag parade, followed by the "birds nad cats" dance and judge presentation.
More than 1400 cat beauties were presented. They were judged by 23 (!) judges. What was interesting, cats representing "numerous" colors (e.g. British Blue) were splitted between several judges, each of them judging different class (e.g one for adults, one for kittens and juniors, one for neuters). World show rules say the cats must be presented only by stewards. Thanks to that, exhibitors can freely make pictures of their darlings - as it was the case with us. We were showing Unity Of Czankra*PL in junior class, judged by Lili Anciau from Belgium. Our girl obtained "Excellent 1" mark with no problems, then - in comparison of all juniors - Lili Anciau gave her Best In Show nomination !!!
World Cat Show is a special show also because BIS-es are held on the second day of the show - Sunday. This is due to the fact that there is much more finalists than at the any other "regular" show (number of judges!). Also, the winners need to be appropriately honoured - each of them obtains lifetime title of WORLD WINNER and receives a huge cup.
In Best In Show our Unity was vying with nine juniors nominated by other judges. BIS selections were arranged in the same manner as Eurovision Festival final competition is - votes given to each cat by each judge were shown on great screens. Unity and eight other cats were defeated by a BUR n junior named Stjärnviks Fairy from Sweden. Hopefully next year we get more lucky :-) !
Warszawa 14/15 Pa¼dziernik 2006
At the show held in "Gromada" hotel in Warsaw, our cats - Ganimedes and Great Expectations Of Alamanon were judged by V.Risnar-Resetic from Croatia and D. Mastrangelo from Italy. First day of the show Great - next to another CACE certificate - obtained Best In Variety title and BIS nomination. Ganimedes was nominated to Best In Show on both days of the show.
On the first day in BIS Ganimedes won Best Neuter Opp Sex Cat III title, on the second day - Best Neuter Cat III.

September Warsaw show held - as usual - in the Palace of Culture and Science was - as usual - one of the events concurrent to zoological fairs. Ganimedes qualified to Best In Show, and Great Expectations Of Alamanon obtained another CACE certificate and Best In Variety title amongst blue-cream torties.

The reason for us to be in Wroc³aw was Special British Show where we took our Unity. Girl was selected Best Young Cat 6-10 mths of this Special Show!.

This time we visited Salzburg in summer. After the first day of the show we found some time to do small walktrip around the city...
To the show itself we took neuter Ganimendes and our little Unity. On Saturday and on Sunday they both qualified to Best In Show.
In Sunday's BIS, Ganimedes won Best Neuter Opp Sex Cat III title, and our Unity - Best Young Cat category III. This was her fifth Best In Show title in classes 12 and 11 - she obtained honorary title Junior Winner !!!.

In Olsztyn, our neuter EP Ganimedes Czankra*PL BRI n, DSM won BIS Neuter cat III twice, and Unity of Czankra*PL (BRI f) first day won BIS Young Cat III. It was her fourth BIS title in kitten/young categories! Junior Winner is getting closer and closer...

I visted cats show in Prague to attend a celebration event summarizing "Cat of the Year" ranking organized by SCHK - Czech cat breeders association we are member of. Our neuter EP Ganimedes Czankra*PL obtained third rank among III category neuters!
I was alone in Prague, as Ania had to look after our youngest kittens. This time I took - first time after a year - our offspring - cream tabby girl GIC Lonely Heart Of Czankra*PL . Judged by B. The show was held by SMK "Jedynka" in one of Warsaw hotels - "Gromada". This time, apart from our "iron" team IC Cin Cin Graham*PL and EC Barfly de Broeckloni*NL, we showed our black beauty EC Zuela Happy Star*PL in category of veterans - she will be eight years old this April!
The cats were judged by M. Kabina, S. Jones, L. Comorio and A. Kneifel.
Zuela Happy Star*PL both days qualified to Best In Show i she won BIS veteran cat III twice!
Warsaw show was also an occasion to summarize TOP BRI 2005 - ranking of BRI CAT CLUB cats for last year. Our cats were classified on top positions in categories: neuters (Ganimedes - pos II), young cats 3-10 mths (Cin Cin - pos I), females (Barfly - pos III).
Sopot 14/15 Styczeń 2006
It was the first winter show in Sopot. We must admit the show was quite successful - first day EC Barfly de Broeckloni*NL was nominated to Best In Show, and in BIS she obtained the title of The best adult female shorthair cat (BIS). Ganimedes on the first day of the show got the title of The best shorthair neuter (BIS) and on the second day - The best male shorthair neuter (BOS) . By winning BIS the first day, Ganimedes completed title Distinguished Show Merit. This is honorary FIFe title being granted to adult or neuter cats for obtaining at least ten BIS/BOS titles in the duration of two years and one day.
